Saturday features a special live performance marking 40 years of Paul Simon’s Graceland, performed by the Turning Pirate House Band alongside a cast of acclaimed Irish singers. A rare reimagining of one of modern music’s most beloved records. American singer-songwriter Carsie Blanton makes her Irish festival debut with a full band. Following sold-out shows and growing momentum from her collaboration with Ye Vagabonds on Little Flame, Blanton’s sharp, soulful songwriting and magnetic live energy have built a devoted Irish audience. Having just come from a sold out show at Dublin Castle, having Scullion with us in the surrounds of Orlagh House is nothing short of magical. Formed in the mid-1970’s, Scullion are revered and feted as one of Ireland’s most innovative, original and brilliant live bands. Their latest record ‘Time Has Made a Change in Me’ (released September 2022) emphasises the band’s musical curiosity and like all of their records, it breaks new ground. James Joyce and Sufjan Stevens are woven into the DNA of this record with the inspirational music of Sonny Condell beating at the heart of it. Born in Kerry, Nash began her musical journey at 6 years of age, becoming a talented multi-instrumentalist of traditional Irish music –Piano, Guitar, Fiddle, Harp, Tin Whistle, Flute - she incorporates many elements of this into her current recordings, while also drawing from her love of Folk, Country, and Americana. Citing an array of influences from Emmylou Harris and Gillian Welch to Laura Marling and Lisa Hannigan, Lorraine remains authentic to her own style and songwriting sensitivity. George Murphy and The Rising SonsWe could not be more excited and privileged to have George and The Sons aboard our ship for this show. The guys have sold out Vicar Street several times, have played up and down the country and across the sea, filling out rooms and venues wherever may be lucky enough to have welcomed them. Comprising of a blend of fiddles, whistles, banjos, bass, percussion, this will be the sing song to end all sing songs, with ballads and folk tunes and trad music from such a genuine source. We can't believe our luck that these guys will be leading the session for us this weekend!&nbsp; Mike Hanrahan (Stockton's Wing) Mike is not only one of the foremost players in the Irish trad music scene, he is also one of our favourite humans. His song 'Beautiful Affair' is an Irish anthem, having led Stockton's Wing, led the trad sessions and collaborations on the Late Late show and joined Pat Shortt on a run around Ireland uncovering/remembering/unleashing Irish songs onto our tellies on RTE last year, we're so excited to have Mike on board this musical mayhem. We couldn't think of a better man to be in the mix with this line up. Louise O’Connor - Céilí CallerLouise O’Connor is a sean nós dancer, fiddle player &amp; céilí dance instructor from County Clare. She has taught sean nós dance and céilí dance at various festivals and venues in Ireland and around Europe, including St Patrick’s Festival Céilí events at London Irish Centre, 2023/2024, Creative Connexions, Sitges &amp; Tonn Nua in Berlin. Louise manages and performs with Lasta Dance, a social céilí dance project based in Dublin. She regularly curates and hosts events in Ireland and abroad including set dancing classes at The Cobblestone Pub, Dublin and the Irish College Céilí reenactment night ‘Are ya Dancin?’ at various venues at home and abroad. Gráinne Hunt Gráinne has long been one of our favourite Irish voices. Not only does she have the most beautiful voice and write the most incredible songs, but she is a stalwart of the Hibernacle/Turning Pirate shows and puts a powerful footprint on any event we have seen her be a part of. To be listening to Gráinne Hunt sing and play in any space is a treat. To be seeing her sing in Orlagh House alongside this line up with the weekend that is in it, well we wouldn't be anywhere else in the world! Buíoch Buíoch (the Irish word for 'thankful') are a trad band from the midlands of Ireland that have been blowing audiences away all over the festival circuit and the gig circuit both home and abroad since their formation around lock down (shudder...) time. We feel very honoured to have Buíoch join the Hibernacle circus on what is no doubt the busiest weekend of the year for them. Your Ticket choice grants you access to Hibernacle at Orlagh House on July 18th and/or 19th. There is an option to purchase cheaper Saturday Aftershow access at the time of your purchase.&nbsp; I can see the full line-up but how can I see the daily lineups? Daily lineups will be available to see via Instagram or on our site here once they are programmed. Can I purchase a day ticket? Yes, you can purchase a Day Ticket for either Saturday or Sunday via our ticket link on the festival page. Is this event suitable for all ages? This is an over 18s event but younger music lovers are welcome with adults. There is no children’s entertainment. Discounted tickets for U16s are available as well as Family tickets, covering two adults and three U16s. U4s go free. Please note U16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.&nbsp; Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Refunds are available up to one week in advance of this event and may take up to 30 days to process. How do I get there? The 15 and 15B buses from Dublin City to Hunterswood leave you 3 minutes drive from Orlagh. The S8 bus from Citywest to Dun Laoghaire leaves you 5 minutes drive from Orlagh. Orlagh is 7 mins drive from Exit 12 on the M50. There is very limited parking available but the area is serviced well by the FreeNow Taxi App. Is there parking available at Orlagh House?
