Do I need to purchase my ticket in advance?
We recommend that you purchase your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment as we cannot guarantee there will be tickets for sale at the time of the event.

Why is there a booking fee?
Our ticketing software takes a percentage of each ticket sold. This is the booking fee. Our ticket price includes 13.5% VAT and 3% IMRO charges.

What do I get for my ticket?
Your Ticket choice grants you access to Hibernacle at Orlagh House on July 18th and/or 19th. There is an option to purchase cheaper Saturday Aftershow access at the time of your purchase. 

I can see the full line-up but how can I see the daily lineups?
Daily lineups will be available to see via Instagram or on our site here once they are programmed.

Can I purchase a day ticket?
Yes, you can purchase a Day Ticket for either Saturday or Sunday via our ticket link on the festival page.

Is this event suitable for all ages?
This is an over 18s event but younger music lovers are welcome with adults. There is no children’s entertainment. Discounted tickets for U16s are available as well as Family tickets, covering two adults and three U16s. U4s go free. Please note U16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Refunds are available up to one week in advance of this event and may take up to 30 days to process.

How do I get there?
The 15 and 15B buses from Dublin City to Hunterswood leave you 3 minutes drive from Orlagh. The S8 bus from Citywest to Dun Laoghaire leaves you 5 minutes drive from Orlagh. Orlagh is 7 mins drive from Exit 12 on the M50. There is very limited parking available but the area is serviced well by the FreeNow Taxi App.

Is there parking available at Orlagh House?
Please get in touch if you intend driving as there is very limited parking at Orlagh House and we need to watch numbers. If you have any additional accessibility needs please contact us and we will accommodate best we can.

Do I need to pay for parking at Orlagh House?
For this event, there is very limited free parking at Orlagh House.

What add-ons are available to purchase?

You can also purchase a wristband for Hibernacle's Aftershow party in Orlagh House from 10:30pm until 2am.

Is Orlagh House Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes, Orlagh House is accessible to the left of the house. There are wheelchair accessible toilets on the ground floor. Please let us know if we can assist you at any point before or during your time at Orlagh House.

Can I buy a Hibernacle After show wristband when I get there?

We recommend if you want to stay for the after show event from 10:30pm-2am, that you purchase a wristband with your ticket as places are limited within Orlagh House. We cannot guarantee wristbands will be available to purchase on the night.

Is there camping?
No, there is no camping at Hibernacle at Orlagh House. The outdoor site will be completely cleared at 10:30pm and Orlagh House After show will end at 2am. There is no accommodation for ticket holders on-site.

Can I bring my campervan?
Hibernacle and Orlagh House are not insured to facilitate campervans over the weekend.

Can I stay at Orlagh House?

There will be no rooms available to rent in Orlagh House during this event. If you are interested in hosting your own event at Orlagh House please contact staff via info@orlagh.ie or (01) 4952366

Can I bring my own food and drink to this event?
Please don't! There will be a wide range of delicious food to purchase. Specific dietary requirements and preferences will be catered for. There will be an indoor and outdoor bar and tea and coffee will be available from the inside bar.

Is this an outdoor event?
Yes, this is an outdoor event in the beautiful grounds of Orlagh House. Please wear appropriate clothes and footwear for our lovely, unpredictable Irish climate! Hibernacle's After show event from 10:30pm to 2am will be inside Orlagh House.

Can I pay with cash and card at Orlagh House?
Yes, both cash and card are accepted at Orlagh House.

What toilet facilities are there?
Orlagh House has toilets inside the building and there will be serviced portaloos and hand sanitising stations in the grounds of Orlagh House. There are wheelchair accessible toilets inside Orlagh House, enter via the left of the house, on the main stage side.

Please bring…
Keep cups (no glass please), refillable water bottles (no glass please), picnic blankets, light camp chairs, appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather, proof of purchase, identification, a small bag to carry your essentials on the day. Large bags may be searched at the gate.
